Hello my name is Danette, this is my back story. I was in foster care, a group home, lived on the streets & from house to house as well as in several shelters. I'm all to familiar with the "brick houses" & "section 8". I was also a single teen mom with a disabled child; and as an adult single mother of two I knew all to well the need for basic necessities such as diapers and milk. Having only God in my corner I learned to love my neighbors as myself.

We focus on our community by making a positive change through instilling Hope in each of our members and volunteers lives . Through providing relief from daily stresses such as what to eat or wear, even having enough diapers can be the solution that helps restore a life.
